- We‘ve had a bit of a make over in order to facilitate shows here at The Black Heart within government guidelines..

- We now have seats built in to the venue, split into groups of 2, 3 and 4 people.

TICKET DETAILS:
- Tickets are sold in groups of 2, 3 or 4 only.
Unfortunately there are no single tickets avail.
First in = best dressed, i.e. you can select your group of seats on arrival, in accordance with your ticket.

- Please note current government guidelines regarding local tier related restrictions on the people that make up each group should be adhered to when purchasing tickets

SHOWDAY DETAILS:
- Venue doors will be open from 30mins before the first band plays, but with your ticket you also have entry to the bar before the show. Unfortunately due to movement within the building, if you arrive whilst a band is playing, you may be asked to wait outside until the next performance break.

- During the show you be required to stay seated, and are asked to keep in mind the safety of those around you by being considerate of personal space.

LIVE MUSIC RETURNS !

Live music is set to return to Our Black Heart through a series of special socially distanced shows beginning this September.

Starting on Wednesday 16th Sept with an album launch show for London doomed metal brigade HUMAN HELL along with guests TUNGUSKA, and continuing on Thursday 17th Sept with another album launch show, this time for fuzzed out APF Records trio THE BROTHER KEG, along with special pals THE GRAND MAL in tow.

Throughout the coming months we also have shows from the likes of
RXPTRS, COPE, BLACKORCHID EMPIRE, HAWXX, TUSKAR (2 shows), CALLIGRAM, UNGRAVEN, DESERT STORM (2 shows), SATLAN, TREVOR’S HEAD, THE EMBERS, POSSESSOR, KOWA AXIS, JO QUAIL and more.

SAINT AGNES - RESCHEDULED DATE - (SOLD OUT)

With the current global situation we’re having to reschedule a number of shows until later in the year due to travel restrictions and health and safety concerns.

The first of these is the SOLD OUT Saint Agnes show originally scheduled for the end of March. This will now take place on Tuesday 22nd September 2020. All original tickets remain valid so if you are one of the lucky current ticket holders you don’t need to do a thing. If however you are unable to make the new date or require a refund for another reason please contact the point of purchase (which in this case will be SEEtickets).
We look forward to seeing you at the new date! In the meantime, stay safe!

LINDY-FAY HELLA + GAAHL'S BLACK WINE + SVART PROMO NIGHT - 26TH SEPT

Thursday 26th September is set to be a huge night here at Our Black Heart, with not one but THREE amazing events happening on the very same night. Not only do we have the debut UK performance from LINDY-FAY HELLA’s solo career in the upstairs venue, we will also be joined by some very special guests in the downstairs bar as well. In an event we’ve dubbed BLACK WINE we welcome Kristian ‘Gaahl’ Espedal to our dark corner in a celebration of natural wine with a tasting session of some of the finest wines out there, had picked by the man himself. Tickets for this have now sold out but you can still come and drink at the bar regardless. Additionally we also play host to a promo night by the excellent SVART RECORDS, where special guests will be spinning tunes, including 2 album exclusives from Vesperith and The Deathtrip. Spinning the black vinyl and selling records, Svart grand master Tomi Pulkki and Kvohst (The Deathtrip, Hexvessel, Grave Pleasures/Beastmilk) will be pre-playing forthcoming albums by The Deathtrip and Finnish female solo experimental Blackmetal artist Vesperith amongst others from the Svart Records back-catalogue (Oranssi Pazuzu, Jess & The Ancient Ones, Reverend Bizarre etc etc). In the ground floor bar we are delighted, nay, tickled fancy in fits of devilish delight as the most infamous rekord shoppe in all of the land CRYPT OF THE WIZARD rumble into our lair touting their latest venture, a mighty collaboration of nectar and elixir - “DRINK BEER, HAIL SATAN “- a Black Forest BIPA to satisfy even the thirstiest of demons. All with a backdrop of ghoulish tones as they spin the very greatest heavy metal and other sounds of terror and mystery on the decks deep into the dark night.

In their own words :

“In conspiracy with craftndraft.beer & Black Iris Brewery the Wizard hath conjurerated his own sweet elixir which shall hence forth be available ON TAP for libations at the Black Heart Camden... So please come join us as we celebrate our dark brew, and our dark lord simultaneously!

Wizard DJs shalt entertain, while Wizard beer shalt refresh thine palate.”

Whilst this is happening to tantalise your tongue downstairs, in the spirit of reflection, upstairs we simultaneously have a night to tantalise the ears and eyes as Chaos Theory bring us a evening of splendid awe in the form of dark doom strangitudes. CAMDEN ROCKS

The very next weekend after that, we welcome FOGFEST to our cosy home. Death To Cancer V features some of the stalwarts of the underground UK grindcore and death metal scenes and is dubbed as “A Non-Profit Charity Show In Aid Of Macmillan Cancer Charity”.
