W Communcation and Jackson Guiatrs have created a small piece of rock history, bringing ambitious upcoming metal guitarists on stage for a live talent contest unlike any other.

To mark the launch of @officialjacksonguitars American Series Soloist, a guitar brand synonymous with heavy music, they’ve partnered with British Nu-Metal duo @thisiswargasmuk for a live shredding contest (shredding is the art of high-speed metal playing…obviously).

The event will take place at the @ourblackheart, Camden an iconic North London metal venue. As one of the hottest upcoming bands in the genre, Wargasm is made up of Milkie Way and Sam Matlock. On 8th November, they will host a nerve-shattering speed guitar competition that can see only one player victorious, plus tickets are free.

The Jackson American Series Soloist has been specifically designed for super-fast virtuosic playing and is made in the Fender factory in Corona, USA. Advocates for the model include Scott Ian of Anthrax and Mick Thomson of Slipknot.
