Performing songs from the new record, Dendera return to London for a Co headline show with A New Tomorrow at The Black Heart!

Dendera -

Dendera released their debut EP ‘WE MUST FIGHT’ in October 2011. Full of explosive drums, massive riffs, truly epic vocals, and a keen sense of melody, Dendera have stamped their own authority on top of a classic metal vibe. The result is a fantastic EP that has been very well received by the likes of Terrorizer magazine, who featured the track ‘Bridges Will Burn’ on its December 2011 issue cover mount CD, and rightfully tipped Dendera as a band to watch in the next few years.

In 2013 Dendera released their debut full length album 'THE KILLING FLOOR', it received great praise from magazines such as Terrorizer, Powerplay and Fireworks.

2015 saw the release of the bands 2nd album 'Pillars Of Creation' to critical acclaim, as well as touring with bands such as Fozzy, Queensryche and Anvil.

In 2017 Dendera released The first part of a two part EP entitled 'Blood Red Sky'. Dendera also went on to perform on a 23 date European tour with Gloryhammer and festival performances at events such as Bloodstock

2020 will see the release of the next Dendera record and the band will perform new songs from this record on the road during a UK headline run in October.

A New Tomorrow -

Formed in London by vocalist/guitarist Alessio Garavello (Ex Powerquest/Arthemis) and

bassist Andrea Lonardi, the two were later joined by Tim Hall on drums and Michael Kew

on guitars. A New Tomorrow have honed their sound into a potent force of uplifting,

hard-hitting, melodic hard rock that you hear today!

The sheer rocking power of musical giants, like Alter Bridge and Foo Fighters to Metallica

and Green Day, became influential to A New Tomorrow’s musical roots. This rock solid

foundation is the road map conveying A New Tomorrow’s love for life and go-getter

attitude both on and off stage.

Drummer Tim Hall: “The time we took gaining experience as a band, before writing

Universe, has really allowed us to find our own space within the music allowing our own

individual influences to come across a lot more than in our previous releases. Expect our

heaviest, yet most dynamic range of songs to date! With intricate, interwoven grooves,

alongside blankets of melodic guitars and powerful vocals. We feel invigorated playing

this music and can’t wait to unleash that energy with you live in 2020!”

Bassist Andrea Lonardi says, “After two previous EP releases and playing various shows

around the UK and Europe, we really wanted to take some time out to work on the new

album without any distractions. We took our time with the whole process, from

songwriting and demos all the way through to the recording and mixing, at our very own

Rogue Studios, mastering with Jens Bogren (Opeth, Haken, Dragonforce) and the

beautiful artwork by Gustavo Sazes (Machine Head, Firewind). The result is the most

refined sound to date; capturing the essence of what A New Tomorrow is really about

and making Universe an album we are all proud of creating!”
