After giving the people's eardrums, brains, hearts and genitalia a well deserved break, Cardiff's EXIT_INTERNATIONAL duel-bass and drum assault return for a short run of UK shows, the first in almost 2 years.
Formed in 2008 (or was it 2009?) as a ploy to fill a support slot with The Melvins at Cardiff Barfly which never materialised, the joke grew legs and became a devastating live act; Touring the UK, hitting Japan and Europe in between, before going into suspended animation in 2015 (Sounds better than 'hiatus' doesn't it?).
The band released the Welsh Music Prize nominiated debut 'Black Junk' (which included the daytime radio-bothering minor hit 'Chainsaw Song') on Undergroove Records and the "100% in 60 minutes" Pledgemusic funded follow-up 'Our Science Is Golden' to critical acclaim.
Hailed as "Ones to Watch" over consecutive years, EXIT_INTERNATIONAL's defiance to stay a modest proposition in the face of inevitable success has seen the band still retain a loyal cult following.
